While John performed with <st1:City w:st="on">Petra</st1:City> for the first
time on Feb. 3, 1986, in <st1:place w:st="on"><st1:country-region w:st="on">Australia</st1:country-region></st1:place>,
this Norwegian show was billed as the first official tour concert with John as
