It's great to talk to you again! There's a lot going on, and it's almost to a point where I can't put it in order! I'm working on a new project - yes, you heard the rumors right! I'm starting to work on some songs for the first time in a long time. I'm not sure of the direction yet but it's still exciting! I'm working with some friends in Seattle, courtesy of my manager, Ricky. Rick Anderson, a great man of God, is very helpful to me in working with 4K Records as we're trying to untie The Grafting from some distribution interference here in the U.S. Please pray for our success. We're working on international distribution; apparently that's coming out Sept. 15; we thought it was going to come out in June. Its one more holdup, but we'll make it through! Everything else seems to be going well; the family is all healthy doing fine. My volunteer staff with the "John Schlitt Organization" all seem to be fired up, which is very exciting for me. Looking at myself - I'm actually very encouraged and I can't tell you exactly why, but praise God for it! I'm trusting in the Lord and I'm feeling like things are picking up, although I certainly couldn't tell you that looking at my bank account or my concert potentials! But I see the staff working hard; Benita, Sue and Lynn, Ricky and Rick - all these guys are not giving up - praise God! Hey, eine Menge! Ich habe gerade den Vertrag f?r meinen neuen Vertrieb mit New Day Distributors unterzeichnet. Das begeistert mich! Ich arbeite mit einem ganzen Paket an Freunden an einer neuen CD (wie Ihr wahrscheinlich schon wi?t). Es ist noch immer eine Art verborgenes Geheimnis f?r mich, aber wir fangen an, Ideen auszuarbeiten. Ich wei? noch nicht, wann dieses Album herauskommt, aber ich werde es Euch ganz sicher wissen lassen, wenn es soweit ist! It's been a while since the last newsletter, but I have a lot going on! I just signed the contract for my new distribution with New Day Christian Distributors which is very exciting! I'm working with a lot of friends on a new CD (as you probably already know). It's still sort of a mystery even to me but we're starting to formalize ideas and such. I don't know when it's coming but we'll certainly let you know when it does! I'll guarantee you that "The Grafting" is going to get a new boost - I'm going to treat it as a brand new CD and I'd like to start all over again with our new distribution. So if you hear that I'm touring - it may be that I'm touring radio stations and bookstores because I want these folks to realize this CD exists. To me "The Grafting" deserves a whole lot more than what it's gotten so far. My family and I are doing fine; I know that God is doing amazing things in my life. I know that so many prayers are being requested through you all for me and my family, and I thank you for that. God bless you all and may God fill you in amazing ways!
